Q: What are people starting to notice in their body when they decide it’s time to get help?
Most people come to me feeling stiff, low on energy, and less confident in how their body moves. Over time, sitting, stress, and daily life quietly take their toll—simple movements that once felt easy begin to feel harder and less steady. Balance declines, strength isn’t what it used to be, and staying active feels more challenging. Underneath it all is a deeper concern: the fear of slowing down, losing independence, and not being able to do the things you enjoy, like playing with your grandkids or moving through your day with confidence and ease.
Q: How is your approach different from what people would experience in a gym or class setting?
I bring a physical therapy–informed, exercise science approach directly to you, one-on-one in your home. No gym, no crowds, just focused, personalized sessions tailored to how your body moves. Each session combines targeted strength and mobility work to rebuild strength, improve balance, and support bone health, followed by hands-on assisted stretching to improve flexibility and help your body fully relax and reset. With a background as a Physical Therapy Assistant and a degree in Exercise Science, my approach goes beyond generic workouts, focusing on movement quality so you can stay active and independent long term. I also bring this same approach to local workplaces and assisted living communities through on-site wellness events.
