The Children's Home of Pittsburgh has announced a year-long partnership with Pittsburgh artist and VC2 art founder Vinnie Candelore, who will serve as the organization's creative ambassador.

Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre (PBT) shared costume renderings for the primary characters in its all-new production of The Nutcracker, which will premiere in December 2027. PBT’s new version of The Nutcracker, conceived by Adam W. McKinney & Trey McIntyre and choreographed by McIntyre, is a once-in-a-generation opportunity for Pittsburgh audiences to experience an updated adaptation of this cherished holiday tradition. 

Marshall Township will receive $345,700 in state funding through the Green Light-Go Program to upgrade traffic signal equipment, improve roadway safety and enhance traffic flow throughout the community.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission introduced enhancements that better support visitors finding answers and support online. The improvements, delivered through Miles, the agency’s AI-powered virtual assistant, help visitors access information whenever they need it. Customers can now access information in English or Spanish throughout the chatbot experience, making it easier for Pennsylvanians and travelers to find the information they need in their preferred language.
