Zelienople, PA— Glade Run Lutheran Services (Glade Run) invites you to attend its inaugural

Summer Kick Off Touch a Truck Event! Family Food Truck Festival on Saturday, August 12, on

its historic Zelienople campus located at 30 Glade Run Drive, Zelienople PA 16063. The campus neighbors St. Gregory’s Catholic Church and Passavant Retirement Community and includes the new Jeremiah Village rental community.

Get ready for a day full of excitement, discovery and hands-on fun! We are thrilled to partner

with the Zelienople Community Park, NexTier Bank and our local businesses and emergency

services to bring you a free Touch-a-Truck event on Saturday, May 17 from 11am to 2pm at our Glade Run Lutheran Services campus, where kids and adults alike can explore a wide variety of trucks, heavy machinery and emergency vehicles! Whether you're a little one who's always dreamed of sitting in the driver’s seat of a fire truck or an adult fascinated by the ins and outs of construction equipment, this event has something for everyone.

The event features a variety of trucks, activities and interactive areas, raffles, live animals and

food/drink tent. Also featured is “Quiet Time” from 11-11:30am when there will be no horns,

sirens or loud noises for a sensory-friendly experience. Proceeds from this event benefit children with autism and individuals served through mental health programs at Glade Run.
